Example Trellis Output

The meeting behind these examples
This was a role-played SEN support review about a fictional pupil. The SENCO, class teacher and a parent talked for about 30 minutes while Trellis recorded on laptop. No real child’s information is included.
From conversation to documents
Record: Trellis records the meeting, so you can give the child and family your full attention.
Transcribe: the conversation is turned into text.
Draft: Trellis writes the plan and the minutes, ready for you to review.
Trellis doesn’t keep the recording or the transcript, and nothing is shared until you’ve checked it.
The plan

Here's the Example plan (PDF)
The plan sets out the child’s needs, the support agreed, who is doing what and when it will be reviewed. In England, this is the document that will become the child’s Individual Support Plan (ISP) under the SEND reforms. In Scotland, it’s the Child’s Plan.
The minutes

Here's the Example minutes (PDF)
A clear record of who was there, what was discussed and what was agreed, written so it can be shared with families as well as staff:
Trellis drafts, you decide
Both documents are drafts. You read them, change anything you like, then share. The aim is a quick check, not a rewrite.
Try it with a child you know
Examples only tell you so much. The real test is a meeting about a child you know, because you’ll see straight away whether Trellis has captured what matters.
